At Adventure and Sunshine we share advice on independent family travel, tips on long term travel planning and promote destinations and activities that offer families a unique and memorable experience. We advocate for all types of outdoor adventures as we think these are the best!

WHO WE ARE
We are Rachel and Matt and together we have traveled to 55 countries on 6 continents. Our two children have experienced 32 of these countries with us.
We love to travel independently, adventurously and responsibly as a family.
Since starting our blog in 2017 while traveling around the world, our readership has continued to grow as more and more families find us online to help plan their next adventure.
